Our service and repair technicians begin by making a diagnosis of the trouble based on your described symptoms.....in many cases we can walk you through a quick-fix to keep the job going until you have the time for maintenance repair or recondition service.

When equipment comes into our warehouse for servicing our technicians complete an inspection and begin testing for possible troubled areas. An alignment test is performed on all pipe threaders to determine proper rotation and centering of the pipe.

We examine die heads, cutters, reamers, footswitch and motor to determine proper operation necessary to bring the threader and all sub-assemblies back to peak performance.

A service repair work order is prepared for your approval prior to any work performed. The service repair work order is thorough with every nut, bolt, screw and machine component required to bring unit up to manufacturer specifications including safety standards. All repair service includes the cleaning and complete testing of your machine for proper operation.

Your choice for reconditioning service requires complete dismantling of equipment, chemical dipping/stripping, powder coating or painting and rebuilding each component to new condition and manufacturer specifications.
