The BSM 630 is the cost-effective, robust solution for manual sawing of plastic pipes with a diameter of 200 mm to 630 mm.

Thanks to the continuously tilt-table saw arm, angle cuts up to 45° are possible. Both the machine stand and the saw frame are made of a torsion-resistant steel construction. The ball-bearing mounted saw blade deflection ensures a smooth and precise running of the saw blade and the spring-supported blade tensioning device allows an easy saw blade change. Safety is ensured by a two-hand ON-OFF switch with motor protection and brake electronics.

Laser cut detection

The laser device for cutting detection for the BSM 630 enables precise and automated detection of the cutting lines. This significantly improves accuracy and efficiency when sawing pipes.

Attachment for small plastic pipes

With the optional attachment table for small plastic pipes it is possible to saw pipes in the sawing range between 50 and 200 mm diameter.

Pneumatic clamping

The pneumatic clamping system ensures a particularly secure hold of the plastic pipe to be cut. In addition, the operator’s handling between individual saw cuts is greatly simplified.

Plastic pipes, composite pipes and plastic pipes made of solid and hollow sheets are commonly used in manufacturing and construction for transportation purposes of various media (e.g. water, sewage and rainwater transport) and as a part or self-contained structural elements.

Production of plastic pipes takes place in a continuous process, while processing, including cutting and joining, is most often performed in series, and in case of custom orders, individually.

Cutting plastic pipes requires appropriate equipment in the production facility, i.e. a band saw. Saws designed for cutting plastic and GRP pipes vary in size and functionality: manual saws, semi-automatic and fully automatic machines, cutting at different angles and in an arc.
