K425K58 and K425KO Crimping Tools

Greenlee expands its K425 overhead manual crimping tool line with the addition of two new tools. The K425K58 and the K425KO are designed specifically for use with Kearney® crimping dies that are used by many power utility companies. “We developed these two new tools to meet the needs of power utility companies who exclusively use Kearney® “O” type crimping dies in their systems, and some companies that use both Kearney® ”O” and Burndy® “W” dies,” said Jim Eisele, senior product manager. “Greenlee now has a manual tool to meet their needs for a durable, easy-to-use service entrance type crimping tool.”
 

462B Dark Cutting/Threading Oil

Greenlee now offers field ready Dark Cutting/Threading Oil in a convenient, toolbox size, shatterproof, 8oz. dispensing bottle with an integral leakproof cap. Contractors who carry this cutting oil in their toolbox will experience faster cutting time and longer life for drill bits, holesaws, drill/taps and hole cutters when working with mild steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum.

Metric/Standard Drill/Tap Bit Kits

Greenlee’s Combination Drill/Tap Bits go metric. The new metric Drill/Tap is a combination drill bit that allows the end-user to drill, tap and countersink a metric hole in one motion, just as Greenlee’s standard Combination Drill/Tap already does. This new product can be used by electrical, HVAC, plumbing, automotive and DIY end-users that need tapped metric holes in material 10 gauge or less. Greenlee is also introducing two new larger standard size Drill/Tap bits (5/16) and (3/8) to meet end-user needs when it comes to heavier metal construction.

ESC85 Battery-Powered Cable Cutter

Greenlee’s newest battery-powered cable cutter, the ESC85 makes the task of cutting large diameter cables, up to 3 ¼” in diameter, fast, safe and easy for power utility underground crews, utility contractor underground crews, and telephone company OSP crews . Electrical contractors that need to cut large diameter cables will also want this cutter.

TK-30 Electrical Kit

DM-300 Series Digital Multimeters

Greenlee extends its already broad breadth of multimeters with the introduction of its new DM-300 series.  These four new multimeters provide electricians with affordably priced auto-ranging TRMS and averaging multimeters that can be used in a variety of applications.  The DM-300 series, which includes the DM-300, DM-310, DM-330 and DM-350, all have a UL safety category rating of Category IV 600V and Category III 1000V.

GT-65, GT-95 Voltage Testers

Greenlee introduces its new GT-65 and GT-95 voltage testers, designed with four new features that takes one of the most commonly used electrician tools and made it faster, safer and easier. The new GT-95 and GT-65 voltage and continuity testers feature auto-hold, EF, self-check and over-voltage warning. Both models have UL safety category ratings of Category IV 600V and Category III 1000V.

DM-20, DM-40, DM-60 – Three New Manual Ranging Multimeters

The DM-20, DM-40 and DM-60 give you three more reasons to add a Greenlee tester to your tool portfolio. Manual ranging multimeters are used in many everyday electrical applications where the electrician does not require extended features or high accuracy. Measurement capabilities for the DM-20, DM-40 and DM-60 include: AC and DC voltage, DC current, temperature (K-type thermocouples only), and resistance. Other capabilities include checking diodes, verifying continuity, and testing 1.5V and 9V batteries.

8600 EMT Conduit Cutter
The new Greenlee 8600 Conduit Cutter eliminates the need to debur the inside of conduit after it is cut.  Although the 8600 may look like other tubing cutters, it has a unique patented cutting wheel with a shoulder that prevents it from cutting completely through the conduit wall.
