It’s impossible to cut a dry thread - all Uniquad and Snap-0-Matic die heads feature automatic "through the die head" oiling.

All die heads are Snap-0-Matic (except Uniquad die head #00222) - an exclusive system that allows fast and consistent die settings in under three seconds.

There’s no need to locate alignment markings - simply move lever and pin from one slot to another - sizing is automatic.
Automatic Opening Die Head
Special die head cuts pipe thread lengths the same, time after time - a hardened steel trip trigger automatically opens at the desired or standard thread length. Single-lever motion sizes and closes the die head. The trigger can be swiveled out of position for long-running threads. Available for die sizes (1/2" to 3/4") or (1" to 2").

Dual: Snap-0-Matic (two models) 2 1/2" - 3" and 3 1/2" - 4"
Quad: Quad-Matic (one model) 2 1/2" - 4"

Uniquad® Die Head
Fully adjustable, truly versatile die head for up to 2" pipe and 2 1/4" bolt. Sizing is manual, but still a simple operation.
For threading pipe
Uniquad head uses four sets of interchangeable high speed steel dies (1/8"), (1/4" to 3/8"), (1/2" to 3/4"), or (1" to 2").
For threading bolt
Uses either left-hand or right-hand dies to 2 1/4".
Large Snap-0-Matic® Bolt Die Heads
Available in two models
Specify #00223 for threading bolt sizes 2 1/2" through 3" on the 33A or 44A.
Specify #00224 for threading bolt sizes 2 1/2" through 4" on the 66A.
Snap-0-Matic Grooving and Beveling Die Heads
Specially designed and patented die head gives perfect results every time - for precision grooving, cutting, and beveling.
Grooving head monitors exact location and depth of each groove - no gauges or measuring needed.
Cut-off is simultaneous and clean - pipe end needs little or no reaming.
Bevels and double bevels at 45° or 37.5°.
Use charts starting on Page 24 for selecting die heads for up to 6" pipe.
Universal Series Die Head
Will accept R style dies from 1/8" - 2"NPT
Automatic Opening Die Heads for Rhino, 1S, and 2S machines
High Performance Automatic Die Heads with quick Snap-0-Matic type size selection. Opens automatically at the desired or standard thread length. Depth of thread can be adjusted for individual sizes and moves the die head position for long-running threads.
